Order & Delivery

You can order from the website or via the mobile app. This app is available for iOS and Android. By entering your zip code you can see which restaurant delivers to you. Then you can choose dishes and place your order.

To change or cancel your ordered products, please contact the restaurant as soon as possible. Due to the speed with which orders are prepared by restaurants, it is unfortunately not possible to communicate these changes or cancellations via Ordernjoy.dk.

If you have received an order number on your screen after ordering, your order has been processed successfully and has been sent to the restaurant. It is possible that the confirmation email landed in spam folder.

Delivery or pickup times may vary per restaurant. Ordernjoy.dk has no influence on this decision. The delivery and collection times can different per restaurant and also depend on how busy the restaurant is. For example, the delivery time can be extended on Sundays, as this is the busiest day for restaurants.
However, you can also order in advance (on the day itself) and indicate around what time you wish to receive your order. This gives the restaurant a little more time to schedule and prepare the delivery of your order. You can choose the desired delivery time when completing your order and the chosen time can always be found in your confirmation email.
Ordernjoy.dk accepts no liability for restaurant delivery times. If the delivery of your order is seriously delayed, the restaurant should contact you about this.

If your order has not been delivered, we recommend that you contact the restaurant first. The restaurant is responsible for preparing and delivering your order. Ordernjoy.dk only passes on your order to the restaurant. For this reason, Ordernjoy.dk only accepts liability for the timely and correct forwarding of your order and not for its delivery. If you do not receive a response from the delivery restaurant and you want to file a complaint about a late delivery, you can contact our customer service via the contact page. We are happy to help you!

We would like to invite you to always contact the restaurant first to find a quick solution. For this you must keep your confirmation email as proof of what you have ordered.
Account

If you create a new account eg via the mobile applications, you must verify your account via your smartphone (Ordernjoy.dk app must be installed). It is not possible, for example, to create a new account via web browser and verify via the mobile application. (or vice versa).

Have you already created an account, but forgot your password? Then click on 'Log in' in the top right of your browser. Then click on 'Forgot password'. Enter your email address here and you will receive an email with the option to set a new password.

No, if you want to order food on Ordernjoy.dk you don't have to create an account. We believe that ordering food online should be easy and accessible. So if you don't need an account, you can always just place an order.

If you want to delete your account at Ordernjoy.dk, please contact our customer service via contact page. To delete your account, we need the following information from you: your first and last name and the email address to which the account is linked.
Quality and satisfaction

Ordernjoy.dk is only an intermediary and acts as a conduit for your order to the delivery restaurant. Ordernjoy.dk only forwards your online order to the delivery restaurant of your choice. This means that we have no influence whatsoever on the duration of delivery or the quality of the food delivered by the restaurant. If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can contact the restaurant via the telephone number in the confirmation email. You can also contact our customer service. We will then forward your complaint to the restaurant and ask them to contact you to handle the complaint.

You ordered from a restaurant, but this restaurant says it did not receive the order through Ordernjoy.dk? In that case, please contact our customer service. We will check for you whether or not the order has been confirmed by the restaurant. Please note that forwarding an order can take up to 15 minutes depending on the connection to the restaurant.

We use a rating system to indicate the quality of the food and the delivery of our affiliated restaurants. At every restaurant from 1 rating you can view these reviews on the website, as well as see how many stars this restaurant has received from its customers. About two hours after receiving your order, you will receive a review email from Ordernjoy.dk. You can indicate your opinion about the delivery and quality of your order via a link in this email. This way you also let other customers know how satisfied you were with the service of the delivery restaurant, which can make restaurant choice easier for future orderers. If you are not logged in when you write the review, Ordernjoy.dk will ask you to log in at that time.
